What happens when my data runs out?

Your eSIM will stop providing data. You can purchase a new plan anytime from the app. Your eSIM profile stays on your device — no need to reinstall.

Can I top up or extend my plan?

Yes, you can purchase a new data package for the same destination at any time. The new data will be added to your existing eSIM.

Do I need to turn off my physical SIM?

No, but we recommend disabling data roaming on your physical SIM to avoid unexpected charges. Use your eSIM as the primary data source while traveling.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available for unused eSIMs within 14 days of purchase. Once activated, eSIMs are non-refundable. Contact us via WhatsApp for fast assistance.
